You can call us anytime. Whether you need immediate support, have questions, or are unsure what to do, we are here to listen and help.
What If I Need Help but I’m Not Ready to Talk?
That’s okay. You can still call and listen or ask our team to guide the conversation with questions. If speaking is difficult, let us know. We will support you at your pace.
What If I’m Supporting Someone Else?
If you are a parent, carer, friend, or professional, you can call for advice on how to help a young person in need.
